Yes, we offer gluten-free bases. However, since they are cooked in the same oven as our regular pizzas, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, they are only suitable for guests with a gluten intolerance, not those with a gluten allergy.

As our Gozney ovens reach temperatures of over 400 degrees celsius, it only takes on average 2 minutes to cook each pizza. We have 2 ovens so we can supply approximately 60 pizzas every hour.

Of course! When you book, we’ll ask you to choose how many pizzas you’d like to start with. The final balance is due one week before your event, so you’ll have time to confirm your guest numbers, and we’ll adjust everything to match.

To lock in your booking, we just need a few details from you. We'll then send over a 10% deposit request, and once that’s received, your booking is all set! The remaining balance will be due one week before the event.

Yes, of course! We’d be happy to send you a copy of our public liability insurance certificate.

We'll arrive about an hour before serving to get the oven fired up and everything set up. After serving, we’ll need around 30 minutes to pack up.

For weddings, we can work with you to agree on the right time to arrive and pack up so we work seamlessly with your event.

Our pizza packages usually include a 2-hour serving time, but if you need a shorter or longer service, just let us know—we’re happy to be flexible!

If you have to cancel your booking, we will will work with you to provide a solution but typically if the event is cancelled we will retain your deposit.

If you cancel within 7 days and after we have received the full payment, a refund of 50% of the full amount will be issued.
